Simple Mint

Simple Mint S'moreMint lovers, start melting! This mint medley features velvety Andes mints and a crispy mint cookie.

3 to 4 Andes mints
1/2 graham cracker
1 marshmallow
1 crispy mint cookie (Thin Mint, Mint Oreo, Mint Brussels, etc.)

Unwrap mints and melt them on the graham cracker. Roast the marshmallow. Once the chocolate has melted, remove graham cracker from the heat and top with roasted marshmallow and mint cookie.

Note: The Andes mint is the nobility of the mint world. With its creamy consistency, high meltability, and luscious flavor, the Andes mint can be incorporated into almost any s'more for unbelievable results. For a stronger flavor of fresh peppermint, swap out the Andes mints for two squares of a delicious After Eight candy bar.

Banana Caramel S'moreBanana Caramel

Molten caramel, creamy chocolate and sweet banana combine in this gooey and delicious s'more.

2 to 3 Hershey's Caramel Kisses
1 graham cracker, broken in half
1 marshmallow
4 banana slices

Arrange the Kisses on half of the graham cracker and melt. The chocolate is properly melted when it begins to become soft and wet-looking—take care that you do not over-melt the chocolate, as the caramel filling can escape and spill. Roast the marshmallow. Once the chocolate has melted, remove graham cracker from heat and add sliced bananas, pressing them into the chocolate carefully. Add roasted marshmallow and top with remaining graham cracker.

Variations: Omit the Kisses and use plain milk chocolate or milk chocolate with almonds. Then top the chocolate and bananas with caramel syrup before adding the roasted marshmallow.

Stuffed Apricot S'moreStuffed Apricot

A juicy apricot makes a perfect s'more container that's flavorful, easy to eat, and even a bit healthier than your average s'more.

1 apricot
Chocolate syrup
1 marshmallow
Chocolate chips or chocolate slivers

Slice the apricot in half along its natural seam and remove the pit. Swirl a bit of chocolate syrup on each half of the apricot. Make a few incisions in the marshmallow and insert the chocolate pieces. Roast the marshmallow, taking care not to lose the melting chocolate. Once the marshmallow is roasted and chocolate is melted, sandwich the marshmallow between the two apricot halves.
